In order to visit his family in Israel, Ben needed an FBI background check by the State Department to obtain a visa. Unfortunately, processing was taking longer than usual, and although Ben sent in the proper documents, he struggled to receive any updates from the State Department about his request. Frustrated and concerned, Ben reached out to Rep. Allred for help.

When Rep. Allred learned of Ben’s struggles with the State Department’s Office, he immediately took action and reached out to the State Department on Ben’s behalf. Within just four days, Rep. Allred was able to get Ben’s FBI documents processed and mailed to him. With this, Ben Weiss was finally able to travel to Israel and reunite with his family.
