Russell from Wylie
Russell and his family planned to go on a mission trip to Hungary in early September, but they encountered a slight problem. While he and his wife’s passports were up-to-date, his three young children’s passports expired in May. Faced with delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic and unsure of what to do next, Russell reached out to Rep. Allred for assistance.
After hearing about Russell’s problem, Rep. Allred immediately took action and inquired with the State Department on the status of Russell’s children’s passports. Just two days after the applications were processed by the State Department, Russell’s family all received their passports. With them, they were able to go on their mission trip as planned.
