Congressman Colin Allred introduces bipartisan resolution honoring Dallas Holocaust survivor

M streets neighbor and U.S. Rep Colin Allred introduced a bipartisan resolution honoring the life of Holocaust survivor and longtime Dallas resident Jack Repp, who was a member of Temple Emanu-El and Temple Shearith Israel before he died Jan. 14. Repp survived a labor camp in Radom and imprisonment in the Auschwitz and Dachau concentration camps.
