Shuttered Garland hospital to become COVID-19 treatment center for vets; then transition to VA outpatient center

A shuttered Baylor Scott & White hospital in Garland will open its doors within weeks to begin treating veterans infected with COVID-19, Rep. Colin Allred announced Friday.
