Allred Releases First Six Months Report on Working for the 32nd District of Texas

Richardson, Texas – Congressman Colin Allred (TX-32) today released a report detailing his first six months working for the people of the 32nd Congressional District of Texas. 

“Though we have so much more work to do, I am proud of everything we have accomplished so far in this Congress on behalf of the people of the 32nd District,” said Allred. “I am focused on always putting North Texas first and it’s an honor to represent this area where I was born and raised. Whether it’s working to lower the cost of health care and prescription drugs, investing in our transportation infrastructure or rooting out corruption and returning power to the people -- I’m dedicated to delivering real results for hardworking Texans.”

The report includes the following highlights:

  • 110 bills cosponsored, 70% of which were bipartisan
  • Met about 10,000 Texans
  • More than 350 meetings with constituents held
  • 16,500 constituent response letters sent
  • Nine round tables and town halls held and 24 tours of local agencies and businesses
  • 284 cases closed on behalf of constituents
  • 13 mobile office hour sessions completed across the 32nd District
