Washington, D.C. – Congressman Colin Allred (TX-32), yesterday voted for the National Defense Authorization Act of 2021 (NDAA) which authorizes funding for the United States Military’s operations, programs and personnel. The bill authorizes funds for military construction projects at bases across Texas.
